eRAIDS is a project Management tool used to capture, track and monitor risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions (RAIDS). The tool is used to capture and track RAIDS and displays them graphically by RAG (red, Amber, Green) status for easy access and a clear view on project health. eRAIDS can also export RAIDS to a report that can then be emailed and used in other applications. eRAIDS has a unique "heat map" function allowing project managers to review all RAID types on a single pane of glass by RAG status in order to clearly show which RAIDs are critically important.
eRAIDS is also a useful tool that can be used when learing the principles of Project Management, ITIL and PMP service/project management methodologies.
